Immediate Litigation

At Superior Credit Services, we take a strategic and thorough approach before initiating litigation for debt recovery. Our collection attorneys conduct in-depth research and due diligence to determine the likelihood of recovery before proceeding with legal action.

We begin by performing a Financial Profile Search on the debtor and their company. This includes investigating:

Legal Structure & Responsible Parties
Background & Asset Information
Bank & Creditor Relationships
Registered Agent & Address Verification
Bankruptcies, Insolvency & Defunct Corporations

By ensuring that only viable cases move forward, we save our clients time and resources. After our investigation, we provide one of three recommendations:

Our Legal Recommendations

Case Closure – If our investigation determines that recovery is unlikely, we recommend closing the case. You owe us nothing for this service.

No Recovery, No Fee Service – If our findings show a strong recovery possibility without litigation, we will recommend pursuing the case through our No Recovery, No Fee service.

Legal Action – If litigation is required, you decide whether to proceed with legal action through our collection attorneys.

Your Options for Litigation

Decline Legal Action – If you choose not to proceed, we will close the case, and you owe us nothing.

🔹 Proceed with Litigation – If you decide to pursue legal action, upfront legal costs will apply. These may include court filing fees, legal documentation fees, and attorney costs, typically ranging from $700 to $1,200, depending on the debtor’s jurisdiction. Once payment is made, our affiliated attorneys will file a lawsuit on your behalf for all outstanding amounts.

🔹 Failure to Recover via Litigation – If we are unable to collect through legal action, the case will be closed, and you owe nothing to our firm or our attorneys.

What Happens If We Recover Your Debt?

No Collection, No Fee – If we do not recover the debt, you owe us nothing.
Successful Collection via Litigation – If we successfully recover your debt, we retain 50% of the amount collected as our litigation fee. You receive every remaining dime owed to you.

Let’s Take the Right Legal Approach

At Superior Credit Services, we only recommend legal action when necessary and ensure that your case has strong potential for recovery before moving forward. Our approach is efficient, strategic, and cost-effective, designed to maximize your recovery while minimizing risk.
